training bingo to be a service dog!

Hello, My name is Jenna and I am currently hoping to get the training for Bingo to become my service dog. This is for my condition POTS. This has affected my every day life. The symptoms I get and the episodes I have are very out of nowhere and I’m in fear of passing out all the time. I want to be able to have Bingo so she could alert me before I even know so I can prepare as much as possible. I know the amount is low but I don’t want to ask for too much. Thank you.
