We’re incredibly heartbroken to share that Jenna has passed away.

Jenna has been part of the Jessie’s Gourmet Sandwich family since the very beginning. She spent countless hours behind the scenes making sure things were just right, from the way toppings were arranged to the systems that helped get food out faster. Even if you didn’t always see her in the kitchen, she saw you. She remembered faces, remembered orders, and truly cared about the experience every person had when they walked through our doors.

Jenna was quick-witted, thoughtful, and had a quiet way of taking care of people. She loved books, music (and introducing people to K-Pop), great food, and sharing those things with the people around her. She kept us all on our toes in the best way and made Jessie’s a better place simply by being here.

Over the past months, Jenna fought incredibly hard, and throughout it all we saw the same strength, humor, and spirit that she brought to work every day.

We’re so grateful for the overwhelming love and support that so many of you showed her during this time. The donations, messages, and kindness meant so much to Jenna and to everyone who cares about her.

The funds raised here will go toward helping with the medical expenses from her treatment and supporting her family with final expenses.

Thank you for helping us show Jenna just how loved she is. She will always be part of the Jessie’s family, and she will be deeply missed.
