I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Jenn Smith, who is going through an unimaginable time. In January, her father, MC Smith, suffered a devastating fall down a flight of stairs that resulted in a long list of serious health complications. Jenn has spent the past several months as his primary support, often missing work to care for him. This has led to a significant financial burden; not only from her own mounting bills but also from those of her father. Tragically, due to complications and medical neglect from his care team, MC passed away on July 8, 2025. He leaves behind no life insurance or financial resources, and Jenn is now faced with the heartbreaking and overwhelming task of covering his funeral expenses on her own.
