Support Jenia's Recovery from Gun Violence

Hello everyone, my name is Patricia. I am reaching out to family, friends, and the public for assistance on behalf of my daughter Jenia.

On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, my daughter was the victim of gun violence at the hands of her boyfriend. She sustained 6 gunshot wounds. As she was trying to escape, she fell down a flight of stairs and fractured her collarbone. After my baby endured all of this, she managed to continue to get up and run into the woods and hide. My son Quasheem (her brother) was on the phone and heard the first gunshot. As she was hiding, scared, bleeding out, and praying, she heard her brother's voice calling out for her, and she yelled back for him.

At the young age of 25, she has endured a nightmare that no one should ever be subjected to. On behalf of my daughter and my family, we are asking for help with her medical and therapy expenses, which are expected to be extensive. No amount is too small. We ask that you continue to pray for her during her time of healing.
