Support Jena's Dad (Ronald Morris) in His Cancer Battle

Hi, my name is Jena Hall and I am trying to raise funds for my dad, Ronald Morris, who has been going through a lot of medical problems recently. He started having bad stomach pains in February of this year, and has been in and out of the hospital looking for answers. After many scans, procedures, ambulance rides, sleepless nights (for him and my mom), and many nights in the hospital, he finally received some answers on March 27th, when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He had to have a temporary stent placed in his pancreas to open it up, so it could drain, as it was backing up into his gallbladder. There were way more questions than answers, as we all awaiting an appointment with an oncologist. This past Sunday, he started having excruciating pain on the right side of his upper abdomen, and was rushed to the ER. They discovered the wall of his gallbladder was thickened and was full of sludge and infection. He was then transported to Research Medical Hospital in Kansas City, MO on Sunday afternoon (4/7/24), as they were better equipped to handle his condition. Unfortunately, this was further away from home for my parents. Since being there, they have pumped him full of antibiotics in an attempt to alleviate the infection, and discovered that the pancreas was blocked again. He went in for surgery this morning (4/11/24), for an exploratory biopsy scope. They took more samples of the cancer and placed 2 stents in his pancreas this time. We did get some good news today, the cancer has isolated in his pancreas, which means it has not spread!!! Unfortunately, we still don't have the results of the biopsies yet. He has not been able to work, and we do not know what the future will hold, as far as when he will be able to return to work. Our entire family would appreciate any donations. Thank you!
