Bonjour tout le monde (Hi everyone)! My name is Jenaea, and I’m about to live a dream I never thought possible.

I’ve been accepted into the 2025–2026 TAPIF program (Teaching Assistant Program in France), where I’ll spend a year teaching English to elementary students just outside Paris. As a recent Boston College graduate, substitute teacher, and future Teach For America educator, this opportunity is a huge step in my journey as an aspiring teacher and lifelong learner — but I need your help to get there.

I’m raising $5,000 to cover the essential costs of relocating and living abroad. These include airfare, visa and administrative fees, housing, transportation, groceries, packing essentials, and emergency funds. TAPIF does not provide housing, so I’ll be responsible for securing and paying for all accommodation costs on my own.
