Our colleague and friend, Jena Salem (CA-3), survived a violent and traumatic attack in her home on January 21, 2026. While she is physically safe, her recovery will take some time and includes medical care as well as the need to relocate prior to the end of her residency.

Several colleagues have asked how they can support Jena during this period. This fund was created to help ease the financial burden associated with her recovery and transition, so that she may focus fully on healing.
