Jen is an incredible woman who has dedicated her life to shaping the minds of young students and being a loving, supportive mother to her three children. As a passionate teacher, she has touched the lives of countless children, inspiring them to dream big and achieve their full potential. But now, Jen is facing her biggest challenge yet — a battle with breast cancer. Diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma just a few short weeks ago, the first of what could be many surgeries is a double mastectomy, which is scheduled for October 10th with an approximate recovery time of 6-8 weeks. While she remains strong in spirit, the journey has and will continue to be both physically and financially draining.

As a single mom, Jen is the sole provider for her family. Balancing her responsibilities as a mother, a teacher, and now a patient has been overwhelming. The medical bills, combined with the cost of living, have placed a heavy burden on her. Despite the struggles, she continues to show up for her students and her children, determined to keep moving forward. But the reality is that she needs our help to alleviate some of the financial stress so she can focus on her recovery.
