My name is Jemiya (she/her) and I am embarking on my second cross-country move in a year. I moved in August of last year in support of my partner at the time. Since then we’ve ended our relationship and it’s time for me to move on in pursuit of my heart’s desires <3 I haven’t recovered financially from the first move and being unemployed for 3 plus months after relocation, so I’m asking for support for my next move. My goal is to raise $5,000 to put towards my relocation for things such as: shipping my car, moving expenses, paying for groceries, rent, and bills until I get on my feet in the Bay Area. I am also completing a full spectrum doula certificate to support people through their pregnancies and pregnancy losses. I would use some of the funds for buying the books for that course. So far I have raised about $1,000 dollars via other channels and wanted to give folks a way to donate anonymously as well!
