• To our dear Serbian community in Detroit and wider. Till now, most of you know the situation of Jelena and Mihajlo Dion. Jelena was recently in the hospital with water in her lungs. She was treated but not completely successfully. That means the treatment will have to be repeated. Even though she has Medicaid, medical bills keep coming. Jelena, with very low social security, is not able to cover her expenses.
  

On top of her hospital bills she has to pay remaining property taxes in amount of $700. 

This fundraiser is to help Jelena pay ongoing bills. Everyone is welcome to visit Jelena and offer their help as per their capabilities.
