Jeff Noel, my dear friend, was born in 1993 and lives in Haiti. He has always been a hardworking and caring person, supporting his family by working remotely as an online translator and personal assistant. In the past, Jeff had a good job and was able to provide a stable home for his family. However, the ongoing crisis and violence in Haiti forced him to lose his job and their family house. Now, Jeff and his family of five are renting a single room together, struggling to make ends meet.

Unfortunately, Jeff is now facing a series of serious health challenges. He has been diagnosed with sickle cell disease, is diabetic, and is currently battling a urinary infection. These conditions have made daily life incredibly difficult for him, both physically and financially. As a result of his illnesses, Jeff has also lost a significant amount of body weight, which has further weakened him. Nowadays, his living conditions have deteriorated significantly, and he is now pleading for help.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to help cover the costs of Jeff's medical treatments and medicines prescribed by his doctor, as well as his daily care needs. The amount we are raising will go directly toward these essential expenses, giving Jeff the chance to stabilize his health and prevent his condition from worsening. With your support, Jeff can focus on his recovery and continue to provide for his family during this difficult time.

Jeff and I had the opportunity to participate in various international Scout events years ago. The values we learned as Scouts—helping others and standing together as a brotherhood—are more important now than ever. Despite his determination to keep working and provide food for his family, Jeff's medical needs have become overwhelming. The cost of doctor-prescribed treatments and daily care is more than he can manage on his own, especially given the difficult economic situation in Haiti. There is no one else who can help him with his health, and I am deeply concerned that his condition could become even more complicated or worsen without proper care.
