Hi my name is Bob Horn i would like to share my friend Jeff McQuay's story
Jeff was a dedicated Rochester firefighter who has always put others before himself. Jeff is retired and now faces a life-changing challenge: he needed a liver transplant. About a month ago, he underwent the surgery and is currently at Hospital out of town, and while his new liver is functioning well, he has been dealing with many other complications since the operation. This has made his recovery much more difficult and stressful for both him and his loved ones.
Throughout this ordeal, Jeff’s wife has stayed by his side, even having to live in a hotel near the hospital to support him during his recovery. This has created a financial strain on their family, as they try to manage medical bills, hotel costs, and everyday living expenses. Despite everything he’s going through, Jeff’s biggest worry is the burden these costs are placing on his family something that should be the last thing on his mind as he focuses on healing.
Those who know Jeff know he would do anything for his friends, family, and fellow firefighters. Now, it’s our turn to support him. Your donation will help ease the financial pressure on Jeff and his support network, allowing them to focus on what truly matters: his recovery. Any support you can give will make a meaningful difference in their lives, and they will be forever grateful for your kindness.
