Please help support Jeff recover from a scooter accident

Hey there folks, as some of you know life has been pretty challenging for this guy. Last week he left for the store on his scooter and didn't come back. I had to call around to the local trauma hospital and the police who told me he was in an accident and was taken away with traumatic head injury. He sustained a serious concussion, multiple facial fractures, fractured clavicle and 7 fractured ribs. He has no memory of the accident so we don't know what happened as the police did not show up. My guess is a hit and run based on his injuries, but we still need to file a report and check local businesses for cameras and try to access his totaled scooter for any specific damage (car color,etc) which was taken away by a preditory wreck chasing tow company.

So here we are today. We had to cancel our non-refundable St Croix vacation for next week(always choose the option to cancel, expensive lesson learned). He has no PTO or disability benefits. His plan was to study for and obtain a CDL to start trucking and now is in deep financial despair. He has never wanted to ask for help, but this time he needs it as he's still floundering from his 2 week hospitalization last May.

Any little bit you could donate would be appreciated!! This would help with multiple bills, transportation and just in general to help him get back on his feet and stay afloat over the next couple months while he heals and prepares for his on the job CDL training. Thank you XO
