My family’s world changed in an instant when my spouse, Jeff Cranor, was involved in a devastating car accident. He is now on a ventilator and has been left paralyzed from the waist down due to a traumatic C5-C6 disc herniation complete spinal cord injury. The doctors have told us that Jeff has a very long and difficult road ahead of him. As his spouse, I am now his full-time caretaker, which means I am unable to work and provide for our family as I once did.

We have two young boys, ages 6 and 10, who are also deeply affected by this sudden change. Every day, I am doing my best to support them emotionally while helping Jeff through his recovery. We are facing mounting medical bills, daily living expenses, and soon, the added costs of traveling out of state when Jeff is transferred to a specialty hospital for the care he needs.
