I was hit by a car while walking on the sidewalk. The driver was cited at fault, and since then, my life has changed dramatically. Over the past five months, I’ve undergone multiple surgeries and had to have my entire top set of teeth replaced. The recovery process has been long and difficult—I lost 25 pounds in just three months and am still working every day to heal and regain my strength.

I will get a settlement eventually but I have to survive to get to that point. I have police reports, medical records to prove everything. I just want life to be normal. I am trying my heart out, but my strength just isn't what it was. The insurance company of the at fault driver has paid for only medical thus far.
