In Loving Memory of Jeffly Fleurant

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved brother, Jeff. Jeff courageously battled sickle cell disease throughout his life and was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver in 2020 due to his sickle cell disease. Despite reaching end-stage liver failure last September and being evaluated to placed on the transplant list, he sadly did not receive the liver he so desperately needed.

Jeff was incredibly strong and fought with grace and resilience until the very end. He passed away surrounded by love, family, and friends who meant the world to him. His spirit touched everyone who knew him, and his memory will live on in our hearts.
