On Tuesday, April 21, at approximately 9:15 PM, Jeff was driving home from a meeting when he was involved in a tragic accident at the intersection of 16th Street and Indian School Road. Unbeknownst to him at the time, he struck a pedestrian who was lying in the roadway. Jeff continued home, unaware of what had occurred. This has been an incredibly devastating experience for Jeff. He is overwhelmed with grief, shock, and remorse. There is no indication of foul play, and Jeff was sober at the time of the incident. Jeff is currently in recovery and has been working hard to rebuild his life.
