Support Jeff Mason’s Journey to Recovery and Strength

Hello, I am Naomi, Jeff’s sister. My brother was in a horrible accident on Sept 15th coming home from work. He was paralyzed for a short time and was in bad shape. They flew him to UW Madison where he is getting amazing care. He has had spinal surgery to stabilize his fracture. They went from C3 down to T1. Twelve screws and two plates later, he is able to take a few steps for the bathroom and has good use of his right arm, but still struggles with his left arm. Yes, he has insurance, but it does not cover the intense therapy that he needs. So there is only so much our family can do to help, and I truly do not like asking others to help, but we want the best for him for his recovery. He has a very long road ahead of him.
