My brother Jeff, who is 39 years old, suffered from a massive heart attack. He went to urgent care because he couldn’t breathe on Saturday June 21st 2025. They sent him to Hunterdon Medical Center, and they found he was having a STEMI, also known as the widow maker. They had to airlift him to U PENN in Philly. He had an impella placed to help with his heart. He also suffered multiple TIA’s while in the hospital. He only has about 20-25% function now and will require significant therapies and medical follow-ups. He works as a tow truck driver and cares so very much about his job. He is proud to help keep Route 78 in New Jersey as safe as he can. I have never seen someone work so hard and care so much about the people he helps. He will need to have lots of follow-ups as soon as he is hopefully discharged from the hospital and acute rehabilitation.
