For those who don't know what is going on I’m reaching out because I’ve been facing a serious health challenge that has affected many areas of my life. I have an extremely large goiter on my thyroid.

Over the past several years, doctors and family recommended surgery, but I struggled to accept that option. Instead, I pursued alternative supplements, treatments, and approaches, and spent significant resources trying to find another solution. In hindsight, I recognize that I resisted surgery longer than I should have.

After further medical guidance and the support of my family and loved ones, I’ve now decided to move forward with surgery to remove the tumor. This feels like the most responsible step to protect my health and move forward.

Living with this condition has been physically uncomfortable, emotionally exhausting, and at times overwhelming, but I’m hopeful as I take this next step toward recovery.

I want to make clear here, that with Dalia’s insurance the surgery will not have a real financial cost. However, I’m asking for support to help cover recovery-related expenses while I’m off work following surgery and to address some of the financial strain that accumulated during this long health process. Any contribution, no matter the amount, would mean a great deal.
