Jeff was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. His journey started a couple of weeks ago when Jeff was experiencing terrible back pain with high fevers—multiple ER visits, CT scans, X-rays, MRI, EGDs, colonoscopy, and biopsy, with the diagnosis being lymphoma, the cause of all Jeff’s discomfort.

If you have ever had the pleasure of knowing the Sippel family or have spent any amount of time with them, then you know that they are the ones who make everyone feel like family. This family is the one who is always willing to drop anything at any time to help out or support someone in any way they can. We all know that a quick laugh from Jeff will make the entire room laugh and smile.

Jeff will begin his long battle, having to complete 12 rounds of chemotherapy, one occurring every 15 days, with the first treatment being June 26th.

Not only will this put a physical stress on both Jeff and Alicia, but it is also an emotional and financial undertaking as well. Jeff will be unable to work and have to attend multiple appointments, treatment, and face many obstacles throughout his journey. This means Alicia will be the sole caretaker and provider for the family.
