My name is Jeffrey Kuras, I am a sixth-grade student at Thompson Middle School. I was recently nominated by my teacher to attend the Envision Junior National Leaders Conference in Washington D.C., from July 26th through July 31st.

During this trip, I will have the opportunity to visit many historic landmarks, including the U.S Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, the White House, and more.

My brother Tyler attended this trip when he was my age, and he told me how amazing the experience was. He also told me about how he worked hard to raise the money to attend by doing yard work, washing cars, caring for animals, and helping wherever help was needed.

I am excited to have the same opportunity as my brother. I am currently working hard to raise the funds needed to attend the program. Any donation would help me reach my goal and attend this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
