On May 20, 2020, Jeffrey Wayne Dye (age 27) was riding his motorcycle when he was in a terrible accident. Jeffrey’s neck was broken in two places along with multiple other broken bones, scrapes and bruises. The initial prognosis was not good. Jeffrey is paralyzed from the chest down and he was only a small probability that he will ever walk again. On May 22nd, his doctors performed an extensive surgery in an attempt to repair the damage and hopefully improve his chances of regaining movement in the lower half of his body. During the surgery doctors had to remove his damaged C6 vertebrae, and inserted a plate between his C5 and C7 vertebrae to stabilize that section of his spine. Doctors believe that the surgery has greatly increased his chances of again having mobility. Jeffrey has a long road to recovery. His wife, Brandi, and 2 year old daughter, Harlee, will also need help to care for Jeffery and keep their family a float. No donation is to small to help this family begin to put their lives back together again. Please pray for Jeffrey and his family, and help us lift them up in their time of need.
