My name is Jeffrey, and I am reaching out for help as I prepare to undergo a liver transplant. This journey has been overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, and it has placed a heavy financial burden on my family. I am the only one working in my household, and with my health declining, I am unable to keep up with the mounting medical bills and daily living expenses. My wife and I are doing our best to stay strong, but the costs of treatment, medication, and travel for appointments are more than we can manage on our own.
