On February 28th, 2025, my life changed dramatically when I was involved in a motorcycle accident that left me with severe injuries. While I have been able to recover from most of them, I am still dealing with a brachial plexus injury to my right arm. This injury has led me to the difficult decision to amputate my right hand so that I can eventually receive a bionic hand that will help me regain some independence.
One thing that is important to me is being able to keep my hand after the amputation. I believe that embracing this loss, rather than hiding from it, will help me move forward in life. However, there are costs involved with the funeral home and transportation from the hospital that I need to cover.
This accident was not my fault, and it has taken a lot from me—physically and emotionally. I am reaching out for support as I navigate this next chapter. Any help you can offer will make a meaningful difference as I work to heal and adapt. Thank you for considering supporting my journey.
