My name is Jeffrey Dalton, and I am reaching out for help because I recently found out I need a liver transplant. I am 56 years old, and after going in for some tests, my doctor gave me this life-changing news. It was completely unexpected, and my wife Freda and I are still trying to process everything. We have come so far together, and I am determined to keep fighting, but the road ahead is overwhelming.
