Hello, my name is Jeff Tyrka. I was struck by a truck on my bicycle while headed to work at Monty's. I've spent the last month in recovery at Bayfront Hospital. I'm very fortunate to be alive but didn't escape without some serious injuries. With 2 shattered hips and a fractured back, I am unfortunately wheelchair bound for the foreseeable future, but I'm working hard to get back on my feet very soon.

After spending a month in the hospital, I have accrued some large hospital bills, and can no longer work. Anything helps and I appreciate you all. God bless you.
