Support Jeff Trofibio's Heart Transplant Recovery

We (Rick and Heather) finally convinced Jeff that it’s okay to accept help in his time of need. Jeff recently had a heart transplant. He is okay, but it’s going to be a long road to recovery. His focus needs to be on healing and resting.
