If you’re from Camillus or anywhere in Central New York, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Jeff Snyder, his wife Carrie, or one of their four kids—Anthony, Blake, Hadley, or Grant. They’re the kind of family that’s everywhere in the best way—supporting, showing up, and always being part of the community. Now they need that same support in return.
At just 44 years old, our little brother Jeff recently experienced a seizure that led to imaging—and the news that no family is ever prepared for. A mass was found in the back left side of his brain. A biopsy has been done, and initial pathology has confirmed a glioma (brain tumor). Right now, they are still waiting for more details on the exact tumor type, which will guide us for the next steps in treatment. As you can imagine, everything has changed overnight. Between upcoming treatments, medical appointments, time away from work, and simply trying to hold life together for their four kids, the financial and emotional weight is significant.
Right now, our focus needs to be on Jeff—on healing, on answers, and on being together as a family. That’s where you all come in. We’re asking for your support—whether that’s through a donation, a share to your news feed or simply keeping the entire Snyder family in your thoughts. Every bit helps ease the burden and allows them to focus on what matters most. Jeff and Carrie have spent years being there for others. Now it’s our turn to show up for them. Let’s rally around this incredible family and remind them they’re not facing this alone.
