Support Jeff Pyle's Battle Against Cancer

Donation protected
My good friend Jeff Pyle had a spot of melanoma cancer removed from his scalp 5 years ago. On March 11th, he went to the emergency room with a severe headache and nausea, where a CAT scan showed spots on his brain and elsewhere. He was transferred to Shady Side Hospital in Pittsburgh for further testing, where he still is today (May 20th). He was diagnosed with cancer on his brain, lungs, and spleen. He had radiation treatment to reduce the swelling in his brain and then had brain surgery to remove the larger lesions. Since that surgery, he has been struggling to recuperate to the needed level to move forward with further treatment. Jeff has moved in and out of the Intensive Care Unit several times throughout his stay.

His wife Amy has been constantly by his side helping with his care. She has only been home once since he was admitted, and that wasn't even for a full day.

Those of you that know Jeff know he is first and foremost a man of God. He loves his family, friends, Pittsburgh sports, and let's not forget golf. He is always there to lend a hand to anyone that needs it. Now, it is him and Amy that need ours.

The costs are mounting up quickly. Co-pays, deductibles, along with all the expenses Amy has of being away from home for such an extended time. Undoubtably, many unseen expenses are sure to crop up as there will be much further treatment, room and board, hospice and other expenses.
Most importantly, I would like to ask for your prayer for Jeff, Amy, and their family. Then, if you are able to give anything, the amount is not important; it would be so much appreciated.
