My dad, Jeff Keaton, has always been a hard worker and the main provider for his family. Over the past weekend, he was working as usual, but started to feel some small aches and pains. He didn’t think much of it at first, but on Sunday, April 19th, everything changed when he suffered a massive heart attack. It hit him like a brick wall, and his whole world was turned upside down in an instant. We’re still not sure if it was stress or something else that caused it, but what we do know is that he will be out of work for a while as he recovers.

Jeff is going to be 67 this year, and with him being the sole income holder, things have become very difficult for him and his wife. She is self-employed, but right now she doesn’t have enough work to cover their expenses. The bills are piling up, and there is worry about how they’ll manage to pay for food and other essentials while Jeff focuses on getting better. It’s a scary and uncertain time for them, and they are doing their best to stay strong and support each other.

We’re reaching out to the community and anyone who might be able to help. The funds raised will go directly toward covering bills, groceries, and some minor expenses for Jeff and his wife while he recovers and she looks for more work.
