Hi my name is Jeff Gruenewald and was recently released from hospital after 4 weeks for Pneumonia and sepsis but been diagnosed with MSA -Multiple systems atrophy which i cannot drive or work. It affects my body and mind. I have no income because I did not qualify for FMLA. Though I have Short term disability it takes forever to come thru. Rent is coming due $1900.00 and need groceries, have medical bills to along others. I am praying for my Brother and Sisters can help out.
