Support Jeff Costa's Urgent Dental Care Needs

Hello, my name is Jeff Costa. I’m 67 years old and proud to have served in our local school system for 31 years before retiring two years ago. I’ve always believed in giving back to my community—and now, I find myself humbly asking for your help.

Due to long-standing dental issues, I now need to have two molars replaced. While I’m fortunate to have insurance, unfortunately, dental insurance does not cover the majority of the cost for this type of procedure. Without it, I risk putting serious strain on the rest of my teeth, potentially leading to even more health issues down the road.

Starting this GoFundMe was not an easy decision. I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d need to ask for financial help—but this has become a last resort.
