I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share that my father-in-law, Jeff Austin, will be starting treatment for prostate cancer in the coming weeks. He will be going five days a week, and the copays and out-of-pocket costs are already adding up quickly.

If you know Jeff, you know he is the kind of dad and grandfather who would do anything for his family. He has eight grandkids, and he’s always been the one to drop everything to help whoever needs him. Jeff is truly the kind of person who gives without hesitation.

What makes this even harder is that just a few days after Jeff’s diagnosis, his daughter Kristen was also diagnosed with cancer. Their family is now facing two cancer battles at the same time, along with weekly travel for appointments and treatment.

We are trying to help offset the cost of treatment, travel, and the many unexpected expenses. If anyone is willing to give anything at all, it would mean more than we can put into words. Any amount would be an incredible blessing.
