My name is Jeff Bumgardner Bergman and I had been diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension in 2023. I needed strong medicines and increased needs for supplemental oxygen. I got placed on the national donors list and finally got my call on March 31, 2025. I got new lungs, but now more than ever my family could use some help on offsetting the expense of my support at University of Iowa hospitals.
