His extensive background in human resources, project management, and risk assessment has given him the expertise to navigate challenges and make informed, strategic decisions that benefit the entire community.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff is committed to strengthening Kirby’s local economy and fostering meaningful community relationships. His leadership roles with the Get Up Community Center and the Black Contractors Association demonstrate his dedication to creating opportunities for small businesses and underserved residents.
