My name is Jeff Azad, I am retired on disability with pension just needing help with medical bills so that I can receive more Medical attention in St Augustine. I have been the local pool aerobics instructor in the area for the past 8 years. I am recovering from complete organ failure due to exposure to toxic bacteria. The local hospital has been a godsend and I need more follow-up tests and help! There is nothing more humbling than I have to ask for help and I am on my knees.
