For the past few years, our friend and neighbor Jeff Avery has been battling a rare form of colon cancer. As many of you may know, a couple of years back, Jeff endured a long bout of chemotherapy, and the cancer was initially in remission. Recently, it has returned in the form of several tumors throughout Jeff’s body. Jeff is currently in a Spokane hospital receiving treatment.

Boundary County is very familiar with Jeff and Tia Avery. If anyone has been in need, the Avery family was the first to lend a hand to help. Now is our chance to help them. Jeff, who is a mechanic by trade, is the breadwinner for the family and is now unable to work.
