This page is for Jeff, Amanda, and their two daughters as they navigate an incredibly difficult chapter together. Jeff was diagnosed in the summer of 2024 with Stage IV colorectal (colon) cancer with peritoneal metastases, a particularly aggressive and challenging form of the disease. Peritoneal metastasis means the cancer has spread throughout the lining of the abdomen, making it much harder to treat than cancers that form a single, isolated tumor and placing a significant physical burden on the body.
Over the past year and a half, Jeff has fought relentlessly. He has undergone extensive treatment, managed serious complications, and traveled across the country in hopes of accessing specialized care and clinical trial opportunities. Despite the toll on his health and strength, Jeff has continued to work throughout this entire time as the primary earner for his family, doing everything he can to provide for Amanda and their girls while continuing to show up with optimism, resilience, and a positive spirit that inspires everyone around him.
As many of you know, serious illness brings overwhelming costs that extend far beyond what insurance covers.
