As soon as I turned 50, it felt like everything changed. In February 2021, I was diagnosed with neuroendocrine small cell carcinoma, a rare and complex cancer that has shaped my life for the past five years. Since my diagnosis, I have undergone chemotherapy, brain surgery, and radiation. My cancer is the kind that never truly goes away—it stays dormant, but it’s always there.

Currently, I receive immunotherapy every three weeks, and I have regular CT scans, MRIs, and bloodwork to make sure the cancer remains dormant. My doctors have told me that if I stop immunotherapy, the cancer will return, so this treatment is a lifelong commitment. Living with this diagnosis means I can’t work, and the costs of ongoing treatments, testing, and travel for care add up quickly.

I am reaching out for help because I want to focus on my health and continue my fight. Any support you can offer will help me cover my medical expenses and daily needs. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to me—thank you for being part of my journey.
