Doug and Jeanna Collins have always stopped to help everyone around them. Whether it has been their time, their creativity, their mechanical skills, or financially, they have always been a huge support to those they love and care about.

Today, Doug and Jeanna are reaching out as they need help now more than ever.

Jeanna will be undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery towards the end of May 2026. While she has not tested positive for cancer, she was diagnosed with a triple-negative breast cancer mutation. This surgery will not only prevent Jeanna from having to undergo scans and tests every 6 months and potential scarring and surgeries down the line, but it will also give her and Doug peace of mind and relief from the stress and worry. Jeanna is one of 8 siblings, 5 of whom have had cancer previously, with Jeanna being one of those 5 in 1997. She is a warrior and has fought and defeated her cancer but now faces fears of it returning. She has lost 2 siblings to cancer.

When her surgery takes place, both Doug and Jeanna will have to take off work for several weeks as Jeanna will be unable to move or do anything for herself, and Doug will have to fully support her and their home. During this time, they could really use the financial help of friends and family to help with copays, groceries, and general cost of living. Jeanna will most likely have a total of 3 surgeries within a 2-month period, and this will be an incredibly difficult time for them.
