Jeanette has always been a source of strength and kindness in my life. She’s the kind of mom who would give everything she had to make sure I was cared for, even when times were tough. When she moved here, she faced many challenges—left with nothing, no degree, and a new country to navigate. Despite it all, she worked hard as a yoga teacher, touching the lives of children and families with her big heart and humble spirit. She truly deserves so much more than life has given her.
Recently, Jeanette underwent surgery to remove tumors. Unfortunately, these tumors are persistent and tend to return, so she now faces a long road of ongoing treatments. She needs weekly injections for six weeks, followed by regular checkups every three months, and possibly more rounds of injections over the next year. This process is not only physically demanding but also emotionally and financially overwhelming. The uncertainty and the need for continued care make it difficult for her to work and focus on healing.
I’m raising funds to help cover Jeanette’s medical treatments, hospital visits, food, and to give her the chance to rest and heal without the stress of working. Your support will help her meet the basics she needs to recover and stay strong. Maybe I’m not the best at sharing such personal things, but even a simple prayer for us to stay strong and happy throughout this would mean so much. Any support is deeply appreciated.
