Twelve years ago, Jean bravely battled breast cancer and won.
Today she faces a new challenge. At the end of September 2019, Jean was diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer. Although extensive, her surgery was successful and after nearly a week in the hospital, she is now home recuperating.
However, she will be out for eight weeks and will undergo five more chemo treatments, one every three weeks. Naturally, she needs our prayers and financial assistance, and as one of the most generous and faith-filled people I know, she is fully deserving.
Please join me in supporting her during this difficult time to ensure her household bills are paid for the next few months and some medical expenses can be offset. This will enable her to simply focus on getting well so she can return to all of the things she dearly loves including her teaching career, her volunteer work, her adorable grandson, her precious puppy and more.
