Support JD's Stroke Recovery Journey

JD was hit by an ischemic stroke in Jan of this year. Through a series of fortunate circumstance he was able to recover swiftly with only minor issues. Just as he was about fully recovered he was hit with a second stroke in July, leaving him unable to walk for 2 days and unable to move his right arm. The road ahead for JD is rough but he is determined to recover! His main source of income is performing music. With that being said his recovery time is unknown, and now he needs our help.

My name is Dave Bovyn, and JD has been one of my best friends for over a decade. I am hoping to help relieve some of the financial pressure JD is facing due to his second stroke and allow him to focus on his recovery.

For those of you who don't know JD as well, he has dedicated an incredible amount of time to raising money with "The Non-Essentials" events which he organizes to help different organizations multiple times times a year.

JD is always giving his time, his help, his dedication, and his love to anyone and everyone who needs it. Let's return the favor.
