The Jersey Community High School Band Boosters are raising money for the purchase of new formal band unforms for our high school band. Our current uniforms are over 15 years old and are in constant need of repair. They frequently are tearing at the seams, fraying, thinning, losing snaps, and are wearing at a rapid pace. The cost of new band uniforms is great; our estimates ranged from $56,000 to $75,000. The uniforms we chose are the most affordable while still maintaining quality, costing $56,000. The JCHS district is generously contributing $40,000 toward our uniforms, but the Boosters must raise the remaining $16,000.

Our 95 student musicians pour their hearts and souls into music year-round and for most, it is their main activity. Our band has a heavy presence in the community all months of the year, marching in multiple parades and playing at many sporting events and community activities. The Band Boosters work tirelessly to help support the band, but this expense is quite large. Our Go Fund Me goal is $10,000. Any amount donated will be a significant step toward achieving our goal.
