Hi, my name is Jessica, and I’m starting this fundraiser on behalf of my dad, JC Adams. On September 4th, while at the Reno Livestock Event Center during the Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity, my dad was struck and run over while ridding his scooter by a vehicle. The impact left him with catastrophic, life-altering injuries that have changed every part of our family’s life.

My dad has dedicated his life to hard work, integrity, and the horse community he loves so much. He’s always been the first to help others. Whether it’s lending a hand, offering advice, or showing up when someone needs him. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.

His recovery has been and will be long and challenging, involving therapy, and ongoing medical follow-ups. My mom has been by his side every step of the way, managing his care and keeping things afloat at home.

This fundraiser was created to help cover medical expenses, ongoing therapy, and essential household costs as my dad continues to recover. Every bit of support whether it’s a donation, a share, or a prayer means the world to us and helps lighten the load just a little.

Through it all, our family’s faith has remained strong. We’re trusting that God will continue to provide the right people, opportunities, and answers in His perfect timing.
