Jennifer Beasley, known to friends as JB, is facing her third battle with cancer. Diagnosed with invasive ductal triple negative carcinoma in August, she’s now preparing for a year-long clinical trial after her recent PET scan revealed tumors in her lungs, lymph nodes, and chest. JB’s resilience is remarkable—she’s previously overcome bladder and endometrial cancer, and after her last fight in 2021, she believed she was in the clear. Earlier this year, she married Terry, the love of her life, and together, they chose a new insurance plan, never expecting the challenges ahead.

JB is the heart behind Beasley and Sons bakery in Sacramento, a business she’s grown with passion and creativity. Her bakery was recently featured in Real Weddings Magazine and selected as the exclusive dessert company for Le Diner en Blanc Sacramento. JB’s commitment to her community shines through her fundraising efforts, including supporting childhood cancer awareness and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Even while managing her own health, she continues to bake for causes close to her heart, often with her youngest son by her side. Her granddaughter brings her joy, and she remains deeply involved in her family’s lives, though her other sons live out of town.

With treatment ahead, JB will be facing both a significant insurance deductible and lost income. She dreams of growing Beasley and Sons into a storefront, cherishing time with her family, and new husband, Terry, who has been immensely supportive. JB knows her time here isn't finished as she has so much more to do for her family, friends, and community. This fundraiser will help JB and her loved ones manage medical costs and daily expenses, allowing her to focus on healing and building the future she’s worked so hard for.
