We’re reaching out with heavy hearts on behalf of our beloved Jazz, who recently suffered a life-altering stroke. This unexpected medical emergency has completely turned his world upside down — physically, emotionally, and financially.

Jazz is currently in rehab, bravely facing a long and challenging road to recovery. His journey will require extensive medical treatment, physical and occupational therapy, medications, and support to regain mobility and independence. As you can imagine, the costs are already overwhelming and continue to grow each day.

While insurance provides some relief, it only covers a portion of these expenses — and Jazz is unable to work during this difficult time. That’s why we’re turning to our community to rally around him and offer the support he and his family so deeply need.
