Jazzy's jumping Java lab coffee cart

Hello, my name is Jazz. I’ve been in the coffee industry for three years now as a barista, as a team lead and now as a general manager. My goal is to open up my own mobile coffee cart. I love traveling, and I love serving a great cup of coffee. However, I really love playing with peoples pallets and with different coffee creations. The variations of coffee drinks is in list and I would love to share that with everyone in my mind. There is a coffee out there for everybody.

I think that I am overworking myself for other people and their businesses. Especially in the coffee industry. It’s run by a lot of cis white men. And that is not to discredit any of the black owned coffee, shops, and roasters that I know of but we can use more, and more women owned coffee spot. The few coffee shops that I’ve worked at have no real diversity. And I mean with staff or with coffee drinks a problem that I fine with third wave coffee is that they keep it too simple and I understand that there is a reason that rhyme to this, but I also believe that with the variety of coffee and roast that were able to do now why not play with that?

What I want to do is experiment with different drinks and flavors and have fun and share that with people around me who enjoy maybe trying something a little funky one day but the next day having a delicious cappuccino.
