Support Jazmin's Surgery so she’s ready for more adventures

We are raising money for Jazmin, my sister’s (Juliana Johnson) sweet border collie mix, who is in need of surgery. Jazmin has many nicknames like Jazz, B, or peanut so insert whatever you call her here!

Jazmin is 6 years old. Since Juliana adopted her at about 6 months old, Jaz has been Juliana’s adventure confidant. Jaz is a sweet cuddly girl with the softest fur but also loves to adventure, explore and run for miles. Unfortunately a few months ago, Jaz tore ligaments in her knee. After giving some time to heal, it was clear that the only path forward is surgery.

Juliana has researched veterinarians and surgical approaches for Jazmin. To give Jazmin the best quality of life, Juliana has decided to proceed with the surgery. Her surgery is scheduled for January 2025. The biggest barrier to the surgery is cost. It costs $4200 and any donation big or small would greatly be appreciated to help alleviate the cost burden.
